About The Team/role

A área de Marketing de Comunidade tem como objetivo criar novos canais de comunicação e fomentar, com projetos de impacto real, o relacionamento entre a marca e os motoristas parceiros. Para isso, precisamos de você!

Como pessoa estagiária de Marketing, você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar em um ambiente novo e desafiador, explorando diariamente suas habilidades de comunicação, atitude e influência.

Você será responsável por apoiar o crescimento da área de comunidade visando criar valor real para os motoristas parceiros de forma a impactar cada vez mais e melhor nosso relacionamento com todos eles.

Além disso, será responsável por identificar, implementar e monitorar novos canais de comunicação com motoristas e apoiar o gerente de comunidade na melhor execução dos projetos da área com o objetivo de criar valor para áreas internas como nas campanhas institucionais de marketing para motoristas, CX e outras equipes como canal estratégico de ativação.

In this role, you'll be...
  • Apoiar projetos na área de community marketing, como nosso podcast e motoristas influenciadores nas redes sociais, garantindo o alinhamento interno com fornecedores e áreas internas visando a boa execução e no processo de melhoria contínua.
  • Desenvolver apresentações para as áreas internas, com resumo dos projetos, objetivos, resultados e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Desenvolver um forte relacionamento com as áreas internas com as quais a área de marketing comunitário interage.
  • Gestão dos contratos da área, emissão de ordens de compra e pagamentos de fornecedores.
  • Gerir canais de comunicação proprietários de forma a assegurar uma comunicação adequada com os nossos motoristas parceiros.

  • Disponibilidade para estagiar 30h por semana e com data de formação entre Dez/24 e Dez/25.
  • Posição para atuar num modelo hibrído (3 vezes por semana no escritório).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Detalhista e muito bem organizado.
  • Pessoas orientadas à resultados e com bom desenho de fluxo e processos.
  • Formação Acadêmica: Publicidade, Marketing ou Administração.
  • Inglês intermediário
  • Trabalhar com ética, atitude e senso de dono.
