The Sales Intelligence team is responsible for build and manage the main indicators (OKRs and KPIs), executing the strategic planning. Also we are responsible for execute projects to optimize platform customers usage and their performance, using CRM like the main strategie.We work cross-functionally with Account Receivable, Marketing, CX, BI, Operations and Engineering ensuring that 99Empresas unit it will scale keeping efficiency as a top of mind.We are a looking for a person that is committed with excellence, who identifies with our values and culture, and that is willing to face the challenge to make a better journey for our customers.
- Develop analyzes using Excel and BI tools;
- Support CRM team through data, reports and presentations, providing strategic and tactical insights;
- Maintain day-to-day tasks assigned by the team;
- Provides assistance in special projects when necessary.
- Students of Business, Marketing, Advertising and related areas;
- Experience in SQL is a plus;
- Advanced English is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge in Google Sheets and Presentations is welcome;
