About The Team/role
Estamos buscando algém altamente motivado(a) e detalhista para se juntar à nossa equipe como pessoa estagiária de Estratégia e Operações. Nesta função, você será responsável por apoiar a análise dos recursos disponíveis para alocação nas cidades, juntamente com a análise de P&L. Esta posição requer fortes habilidades analíticas, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com altos orçamentos mensalmente.
Adicionalmente, a análise feita pela pessoa estagiária será utilizada por múltiplos stakeholders nacionais e internacionais.

About The Team/role

Nesta função, você será responsável por apoiar a análise dos recursos disponíveis para alocação nas cidades, juntamente com a análise de P&L. Esta posição requer fortes habilidades analíticas, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com altos orçamentos mensalmente.
Adicionalmente, a análise feita pela pessoa estagiária será utilizada por múltiplos stakeholders nacionais e internacionais.
In this role, you'll be...
- Apoiar na análise dos recursos disponíveis para alocação nas cidades. Auxiliar na análise de P&L para garantir que os recursos alocados estejam alinhados com os requisitos orçamentários.
- Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para garantir a melhor alocação e utilização de recursos.
- Ajudar a desenvolver e manter relatórios detalhados sobre alocação de recursos, incluindo análise de custos e métricas de desempenho.
- Auxiliar no monitoramento e rastreamento da utilização de recursos para identificar áreas potenciais para melhoria e otimização.
- Dar suporte aos stakeholders que dependem da análise feita pelo estagiário.
- Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as tendências do setor e as melhores práticas relacionadas à alocação e gerenciamento de recursos.
- Disponibilidade para estagiar 30h por semana e com data de formação entre Dez/24 e Dez/25
- Está atualmente matriculado(a) em um programa de bacharelado em negócios, finanças ou áreas afins.
- Fortes habilidades analíticas e atenção aos detalhes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e colaboração.
- Proficiência em Microsoft Excel e outras ferramentas de análise de dados.
- Capacidade de trabalhar com prazos apertados e gerenciar vários projetos simultaneamente.
