This position is responsible for improving the engagement for Didi Cardholders, mainly responsible for the design and implementation of strategies for cardholder's activation, retention and other commercial engagement work, including analysis, campaign strategy and improvement of user´s lifetime cylce

We are looking for an experienced credit card manager, with ability to work on strategic and tactical/implementtion projects, with strong data- analytics and engagement/customer lifecycle management experience 

You will work with internal Didi Fintech stakeholders (including Growth, Marketing, Risk, Product, Legal and Partnerships) localized both in Mexico and China



  • Developing and in-depth understanding of the mexican credit card market and needs/preferences of mexican users to improve the product and campaigns
  • Building and mapping of communication journeys for more efficient user points of contact through the different channels
  • Improving the campaings efficiency and funnel conversion through AB-testing and data driven analysis
  • Leading the implementation of strategies aligning and negotiating with all different teams of the business
  • Responsible for increasing the total transactions and the activations rates; impact heavily on the retation strategies of cardholders
  • Analyzing and identify potential opportunities within different segment of users to plan and develop tailored campaigns toward higher engagement 
  • Constant updating and understanding of trends and product benchmarks
  • Working in english and collaborate with different local and international teams
  • Clear strategic thinker: used to navigate ambiguous environments to define a strategic vision, structure it into actionable initiatives and follow up implementation


  • Credit card P&L, main features and ecosystem understanding 
  • 4+ years of experience on activation, engagement and retention strategies for credit card ( commercial, opperations and marketing)
  • Strong quantitive skills: experience with statistics, modelling and/or SQL are needed (Pyhton a plus)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and dynamic environments
  • Native spanish speaker, proficiency in English as a working language
  • Self-starter and go-getter
  • Skill in task organization and efficient time management
