About The Team/role

As Didi/99 Pay User Growth Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for generating key analysis that will lead to the development of the user base. Learning about how to acquire new customers efficiently and how to retain them will be your everyday mission. Therefore, you MUST be customer centric and be obsessed to create the best user experience within our services.

As routine, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, prioritize, and execute compelling growth strategies based on users’ needs. 99 Pay is a key product along with ride hailing and food delivery businesses in Brazil, and we aim to build a super app as the digital infrastructure for our future society.

In this role, you'll be...
  • Create, monitor and analyze acquisition and retention campaigns and their strategies;
  • Analyze and segment users into different groups and generate relevant strategy, like membership and loyalty programs to improve ARPU;
  • Be the main partner of international cross-functional teams to coordinate the maximization of the synergy between brand, growth and efficiency;
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to continuously improve our products and services.

  • +5 years of experience in Growth and/or Data Analytics
  • Previous experience in Technology companies (Fintech preferred)
  • Advanced English (international team);
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Interest in the fintech industry.
