About The Team/role

The Risk Control and Compliance Department is responsible for managing our Compliance program preventing diversified risk and operation affairs associated with our lines of business, tracking industry-leading in compliance matters, developing an innovative and state of art integrity strategy to tackle the new challenges emerging from technology ecosystem, for the purpose to protect sustainable growth and maximize business outcomes doing the right thing.

In this role, you'll be...
  • Registration and monitoring of all the department’s KPIs
  • Mapping and review of policies
  • Preparation of training material and communication
  • Preparation of reports related to all Compliance pillars
  • Support in background checks and due diligence
  • Support in vendor monitoring process (Screening)
  • Identify, propose and implement technical solutions that may assist in the department monitoring improvement
  • Participate in meeting and take notes
  • Provide feedback and recommendation to departments in different topics
  • Administrative support to the area
  • Support in investigations (note taking, documentation; reports) and Ethics Line maintenance

  • Student of law, finance, economics, or related subjects.
  • Interest to learn and get experience in Compliance.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others, with ability to create synergy with other areas.
  • Skills on learning and working autonomously and prioritizing multiple goals.
  • English – basic / intermediary level
