As an Operations Intern at DiDi Food, you will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment. You will work with our Growth Operations team to execute strategies, optimize processes, and coordinate with various cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented,organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to the success of a fast-growing tech food delivery platform.

• Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior team members to execute operational strategies that enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Assist in generating insights from data to inform decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the delivery process and work with teams to streamline operations. Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Team Coordination: Liaise with various teams, including logistics, customer support, and marketing, to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration. Communicate operational needs and provide regular updates.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance, highlighting trends, achievements, and areas for improvement.

• 1 -2 years left before graduation.
• Currently pursuing a degree in business, operations, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for process improvement.
• Highly organized and efficient, able to manage a wide range of responsibilities
