DiDi is developing a new vertical to service Grocery stores and retailers to all of Mexico users. DiDi is looking for a proactive team member that will help the team lead different Operation tasks. From managing workflows of hundreds of providers, reviewing costs and working for efficiencies, this is a role to create new processes in a business that is just starting at DiDi

• Create processes for launching services in different cities
• Coordinate and organise teams to prioritize, operate and develop SOPs in multiple cities of Mexico
• Establish key performance metrics while coordinate and run different analyses to review performance
• Establish a continous improvement methodology to become more efficient as an organization

• Structured thinking to resolve different challenges
• Proactive mentality to tackle main growth blockers independently
• Strong analytical skills
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Knowledge of the retailing industry a plus
• English and Spanish
