As a part of the Entrega City Ops Team, you will be responsible for the definition of engagement and pricing strategies. We are looking for data driven individuals who are not afraid of testing new hypothesis and implement the strategies with the best results! You should excel in data analysis and communication skills to be able to present results to the company and explain the logic of the strategies to the team.

• Ownership of strategies to improve Entrega users engagement
• Fully own dashboards and analytics that provide visibility into key user metrics
• Use internal data to build insights, develop a strategy, outline an execute tests, and scale
• Collaborate with several supporting areas like marketing, product, and user research

• Experience in a highly dynamic work environment (startup or consulting experience is preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or any related bachelor’s degree
• Experience with data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team
• A growth mindset (not afraid of testing new strategies and implementing the most efficent ones)
• Attention to detail with swift execution
• Solid knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in English & Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
