Quality assurance Sr. Analyst responsible for managing vendor quality & CSAT performance, which requires:

  • good knowledge about BPO quality assurance
  • quality tool management proficiency  
  • commuincation and negotiiation skills 
  • you will be dealing witth different departments at BPO side and internally 


  • managing performance with different vendors
  • responsible for coaching, supportiing internal external stakeholders to reach required knowledge and results
  • capable of identify root causes, and lead actions and initiatives to resolution 


  • 3 years in  BPO QA supervisory or management position 
  • university graduate
  • communication and negotiotion skills
  • QA anlysis tools knowledge
  • good command of EN is a must 
  • workmodel is hybrid between work from home and differrent vendors across Cairo
