• Attend external and internal meetings to gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Plan and conduct experiments and analyze data to uncover valuable insights and optimize campaign performance
• Work closely with marketing analytics and marketing channel managers (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to implement data-driven strategies
• Contribute to key projects related to eater and courier acquisition and engagement campaigns
• Update files, communicate findings, and create reports and presentations to share insights with stakeholders
• Play an active role in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive campaign success
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement
• Make a tangible impact on the team's growth and the company's overall success through your day-to-day efforts

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree, at least 1 year before graduation.
• Able to manage different tasks, creative and good team player
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, experience with Excel, knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Preferred backgrounds in economics, engineering, technology, or business intelligence but not strictly necessary.
• Fluent in English since this role has contact with people all over the world.
