DiDi is developing a new vertical to service Grocery stores and retailers to all of Mexico users. DiDi is looking for a proactive team member that will help the team lead different Operation tasks. Specifically the team is looking for a leader to manage a new process across the entire country of defining the entire process of bag distribution to different providers

• Create processes for launching new services provided in new cities
• Coordinate and organise teams to prioritize, operate and develop SOPs in multiple cities of Mexico
• Establish key performance metrics while coordinate and run different analyses to review performance
• Establish a continous improvement methodology to become more efficient as an organization
• Lead the development of the process for bag and materials distribution in every city with DiDi operation

• Proactive mentality to tackle main growth blockers independently
• Strong analytical skills
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Knowledge of the retailing industry a plus
• English and Spanish
