The KA Operations Analyst role is a unique opportunity to help drive the growth of one of the fastest growing companies. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

You will work in a tight team of fellow Operations, Marketing, and Data professionals. Together you will build, run and grow DiDi's business.

Able to support the team with different activities like: 

• Update the tracking of our budget & provide ideas on how to optimize investment 
• Update dashboards for main metrics analysis 
• Design and implement strategies and processes to manage Key Accounts (e.g., categorization, monitoring,development, etc.)
• Design and carry out analyses to evaluate KA performance (from aggregated level, all the way down to brand and restaurant level)
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Intelligence, and other areas
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify, understand and solve KA-related issues
• Support the overall KA team in designing and creating periodic performance reports and presentations
• Present findings during periodic review meetings

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance or similar field, from a leading University/School, and with good academic track record
• Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, with a can-do nature, and willing to learn and develop his/her skillset
• Analytical and structured with good problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly proficient in both Spanish and English is essential
• Great command of Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL or any programming languages is prefered
• Collaborative team player with positive attitude
• Entrepreneurial attitude, willing to building things from the bottom up, thus, the candidate will be used to working calmly under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
• Passionate or strongly interested in the Technology and Start-up environment
• Experience with power BI is a plus
