About The Team/role

We used to unite creativity and data to discover and intentionally act on Marketing initiatives, focused on building 99's correct brand perception. To develop the future of the company and also ride hailing business in Brazil, Driver Lab team has been pioneering new projects and continually improving our solutions to consolidate competitive advantage, mainly for driver's partners. As a Driver Lab Marketing Specialist you will have a great opportunity to leave your mark on this journey. You are going to work with a multifunctional team, in an agile environment and with a test & learn scalable mindset. You will be responsible for marketing strategy, planning and end-to-end execution for some key projects of the area.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Actively participate in MKT and Driver Lab teams agenda, integrating data-insights with marketing strategies, contributing to Driver Lab business decision and overall communication for some company key projects
  • Responsible for coordinating the overall planning, execution and track of marketing initiatives for some driver's solutions (main responsibilities: define communication objective, recommend channel mix and budget investment required, define and share visual and verbal guidance, develop artworks with agency to implement the plan…)
  • End-to-end focal point for some company key projects. Lead weekly meetings with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring 99's consistency through toolkits development and/or sharing brand & marketing guidance with core stakeholders
  • Frequently track business and brand performance for some key projects to identify creative opportunities and execute actions to build solutions awareness, consideration, conversion and/or loyalty
  • Responsible for area budget control ensuring efficiency and accuracy


We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience with a focus on branding and creative campaign management. Experience working closely with creative teams, production, agencies and CRM journey
  • Strong marketing strategy skills as well as a hands on and organized profile. Previous experience in agile methodology applications t is a strong plus
  • Strategic mindset: strong strategic thinking, with a keen understanding of the "why" behind marketing decisions. Ability of being creativity to strategic innovate is also a strong plus
  • Project management: proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity scenarios
  • Ability to quickly transition from planning to tactics and operations
  • Stakeholder management: communication skills between areas and ability to navigate on organization to transmission of your own ideas
  • Data-driven thinking and performance. Previous knowledge of data/media processing and analysis
  • Previous experience on budget control and process improvement
  • Professional proficiency in English (mandatory)
