As a Sr. Recruiting Manager, you will work with a multidisciplinary team focusing on full-cycle hiring, process improvement and strategy development and will act as the head for supported groups. You’ll thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, not be afraid to roll up your sleeves, work hard and have a lot of fun while doing it! You will be the best to draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. You will set a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, and organisation, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to prioritise your time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
- Manage and inspire a team of recruiters to work against tight goals
- Own client relationships to build strong trust with stakeholders
- Own data and analytics for your groups, being the first to proactively use data to drive decision-making.
- Work with the head of TA to build a culture of recruitment within the company.
- 6+ years demonstrated track record of high performance as a recruiter
- 2+ years experience in people management
- Professional Fluency in English (Portuguese is preferred)
- Strong communication skills
Previous experience working in fast-paced environments (internet, tech startups, agency)
