We are looking for a Business Development Sr. manager to lead a team of commercial leaders and develop strong relationships with key clients in the food and beverage industry.
- Lead a successful Business Development Managers team to deliver exceptional performance results and customer service above expectations.
- Enable operational teams (Business Developers) to achieve the highest standards in terms of execution Develop/Maintain great business relationships with our top customers.
- Co-develop commercial propositions for the different types of customers, based on deep business knowledge. Understand the consumers to get insights and transform them into actionable plans.
- Ensure the execution of the commercial plans.
- 10+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in key account management and/or consultative selling.
- At least 3-4 years of experience managing teams (manager of managers).
- Strategic and Data-Driven thinking. Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
- Fluent in English.
