As Talent Coordinator intern, you will be part of our global Talent Acquisitiont team and you will have the opportunity to work in a fresh and challenging startup environment, exploding your communication and influencing skills on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for the candidate experience through the whole talent acquisition process (globally!), arranging all the steps of the interview process and becoming their main point of contact. Also, you will be part of an excelling team with high-profile peers and team members, and constantly learning and growing.

• Scheduling all interviews for candidates with hiring managers (face-to-face and video) across LATAM regions.
• Assuring quality and consistency through the recruitment process assuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Generating data and reports about our process that can result in improvements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
