About The Team/role

We're seeking an Ad operations Channel Analyst with a proven track record of success in driving performance through paid advertising. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across main advertising platforms, all while overseeing the overall health and performance of our campaigns.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute performance paid media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives and channel goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, audience research and implement strategic adjustments to maximize ROI and KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively across Meta and TikTok.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: Stay current on industry trends, explore new platforms and targeting options, and recommend innovative paid media strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creatives, business and data) to ensure paid media efforts are aligned and contribute to broader company goals.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a paid media specialist or Ad operations Channel Analyst role, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Intermediate knowledge of main advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) Also, knowledge of channel management tools is a plus, not a requirement (Smartly, Skai or Pixis ).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute performance-oriented campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum return.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to share channel performance and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into effective paid media strategies.
  • A passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving paid media landscape.
