Analizar casos transaccionales de riesgo a través de herramientas internas, códigos, políticas y procesos de prevención de fraude.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoreo diario de casos de riesgo de fraude
• Análisis de alertas transaccionales en tarjetas de crédito Rappicard
• Seguimiento de operativas de fraude
• Detección de operativas tipos: mala entrega, robo de identidad, fraude primera persona y fraude transaccional

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• Experiencia mínima de 6 meses de Monitoreo transaccional y mínima de un año en ámbito financiero​
• Conocimiento intermedio en herramienta de Excel/Google Sheets (elaboración de bases de datos, filtros)
• Análisis de datos
• Comunicación efectiva
• Atención al detalle
• Trabajo en equipo
