The objective of the Biz Ops team is to address the company's most relevant initiatives that require cross-functional help and be a partner in whichever position is needed more in an analytical or execution capacity.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Driving and prioritizing the most critical company initiatives

• Lead the development of metrics and their respective weekly tracking, leveraging Rappi’s extensive data capabilities

• Creating a business case and financial model for initiatives aligning with company financial and strategic goals

• Defining rollout plans, including execution design, necessary development in the product, or critical operational changes

• Identifying key stakeholders to drive initiatives and establish agreements between different areas.

• Identifying execution risks and finding the resources in the company to unblock

• Working closely with Operations, Customer support, Growth, and data science teams for insights that help teams reach the targets faster.
