Role at a Glance

The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in driving customer success by designing and implementing tailored solutions that address our clients' unique business challenges and objectives. Leveraging a deep understanding of our software offerings and technical expertise, the Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and drive value for our customers.

As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced solutions architect to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and design innovative solutions that meet their business needs. Once defined, this role will also be responsible for developing the proposal and accompanying documentation to assist with gaining client acceptance.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on solution proposals, system integration, and best practices to optimize the performance and scalability of our standalone or integrated software solutions.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Support the development and execution of PoCs to demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions, working closely with customers to validate requirements and showcase functionality.
  • Implementation Support: Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Product Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights on product functionality, performance, and usability, and collaborate with product management teams to inform product roadmap and prioritize enhancements and features.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of technical documentation, training materials, and best practice guides to enable sales teams, partners, and customers to effectively understand and utilize our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role within the software industry, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and integration methodologies.
  • Strong technical proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for driving customer success and delivering value through innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
