About The Team/role

The Strategy & Planning (S&P) team’s mission is to support DiDi/99’s mobility business to achieve sustainable growth, by providing insights, driving decisions and setting the rhythm for execution alongside multifunctional teams.

We study the market, we have a very broad view of the business and we interact with every team in the company to create our know-how. Then we build our mobility strategy, promote cross-functional collaboration, lead resource allocation, set targets and lead executive forums.

In this position, your challenge will be to guide and ensure the execution of strategic initiatives, leading multiple areas through projects with multidisciplinary scopes, in order to promote direction, visibility and alignment among stakeholders.

Leading strategic projects, integrating the S&P team, you will find a collaborative, high-performance environment, with people engaged and concerned with driving the success of the business.

In this role, you'll be...
  • Build processes, tools and reports to coordinate, ensuring cadence and visibility, a multidisciplinary portfolio of strategic initiatives
  • Run data analysis to support projects prioritization
  • Help and guide project leaders to design scope, goals and KPIs that are fully aligned with company strategy and OKRs
  • Identify synergies and overlaps among cross-functional areas and existing strategic initiatives
  • Organize and lead governance forums with senior leadership to foster cross-functional alignment and collaboration in strategic initiatives
  • Support project leaders to give visibility to roadblocks and remove them

We're eager to be in touch because you have...
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Math, Statistics or similar fields
  • Experience in tech companies, consulting firms, investment banking or PE/VC, in roles related to strategy & planning, project management and/or OKR management.
  • Knowledge (and practical experience) of project management methodologies.

Advanced skills with Excel and analytics tools in general.
  • Fluency English, the position requires daily interaction with foreign stakeholders living in Brazil and abroad.
  • Problem solving: break down big problems into small structured problems.
  • Business acumen: convert analytical diagnostics into practical conclusions and recommendations.
  • Communication: spread the word about conclusions and recommendations, clearly and constructively.
  • Stakeholder management: build strong relationships, understand other’s point of view, lead by influence and handle conflicting interests.
