About The Team/role

The Credit Operations Team is responsible for developing strategy for our Fintech products in 99Pay and business flows, including personal loan transactions, tracking industry leading technical prevalence, adopting innovative and state-of-art methodology to tackle the new challenges emerging from fin-tech industry, for the purpose to protect sustainable growth and maximize business outcomes. We are looking for an experienced Credit Operations professional to own the end to end growth strategy for our product and beresponse for key loss metrics while maintaining a positive market experience.

In this role, you'll be...
  • Responsible for the overall strategy of growth operations and optimizing the growth operations process, including channels optimization end to end, understand the main gaps, define the channel mix and establish an agenda with co-related areas to ensure best growth performance;
  • Establish a bridge between operations and product/engineering team to fix possible problems and ensure best channel performance,
  • Explore new projects and new ways of communicate to continuously increase conversion rate and campaigns results and optimize CAC
  • Continuously communicate with the Regional Team and CN headquarter operation team to guarantee the best acquisition performance and map new opportunities for growth;

  • + 2,5 years past experience in growth operations before in fintech/financial enviroment
  • +1,5 years management experience
  • Base City: Sao Paulo
  • 3+ years of Growth Operations
  • Strong ability in project management, process optimization and other operational management
  • Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability
  • Strong communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, hands-on mentality
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field
