The Risk Management team is responsible for managing diversified risk associated with our products and business flows, ranging from payment risk, fraud risk, credit risk to compliance and security risk, tracking industry leading technical prevalence, developing innovative and state-of-art methodology to tackle the new challenges emerging from fintech economy ecosystem, for the purpose to protect sustainable growth and maximize business outcomes. We are looking for an experienced risk management operator to handle risk alert of credit card transaction, contact with our card holder to confirm the transaction information, resolve transaction authorization issues and response for key loss metrics while maintaining a positive user experience.

Locate customer authorization issues reported by customer service team and provide solutions.
Handling the risk event detected and alerted in the system, identify the risk transaction.
Dealing with the risk account once the risk event happens and confirmed.
Involved in the strategic and tactical risk mitigation to avoid losses while ensuring high customer service levels.
Working with theinvestigation,strategy, algorithm and customer service team to manual review and audit the false positives of the risk rules to improve the user experience.

Native Spanish speaker with second language: English or Chinese is prefer
high school or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics or a similar Quantitative field is prefer
1-4 years of experience with at least 1years of experience in risk management industry, with experience in credit card transaction risk management or fraud detecting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others, with strong leadership skills and ability to manage.
Experience in working autonomously and prioritizing multiple goals. Someone who is able to design risk management strategies and generate insights that could serve as recommendations for other teams.
Accept  flexible scheddule and has good pressure resistance.
