About The Team/role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to support our Fintech Business' debt financing activities in Brazil. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external financial institution partners, participate in debt financing deals in timely manner, to empower the business scale up and defend a successful liquidity management for the company. Your work will play a vital role to grow 99's Fintech business in Brazil, together with your other global colleagues especially from Brazil and China.

About The Team/role
We are seeking an experienced Manager to support our Fintech Business' debt financing activities in Brazil. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external financial institution partners, participate in debt financing deals in timely manner, to empower the business scale up and defend a successful liquidity management for the company. Your work will play a vital role to grow 99's Fintech business in Brazil, together with your other global colleagues especially from Brazil and China.
In this role, you'll be...
- Participate in negotiating and implementing debt financing activities under FIDC structure and/or in other formats;
- Collaborate with various internal teams in completing deal related work and oversee the processes from the beginning to finish;
- Research, recommend and expand funding partnership pipeline;
- Partner with lenders, financial institutions, and other critical intermediaries and agencies to stay tuned on market conditions and trends, and to support the team to continuously enhance the terms of the overall debt financing deals
- Support the implementation of debt financing strategies aligned with the company's overall financial goals and objectives.
- Around 5 years of experience in Brazil debt financing, with a bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields. Preferably solid proven records in debt financing activities under FIDC structure in the Brazil Fintech sector;
- Good understanding of Brazil financing market landscape and proficient in various debt instruments including loan, credit facility and structured financing tools; sound knowledge of local financing process and practices;
- Good communication skills, mature knowhow and industry network is a strong plus;
- Result oriented and highly self-motivated;
- Comfort to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage multiple priorities;
- Native in Portuguese and fluent in English (both verbal and written) is a must
