About The Team/role

Our team is responsible for credit card back end operation including fraud detection, KYC investigation manual review and collections.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Establish the Operations Center from scratch from KYC and Collections
  • Manage the operations team that covers all responsibilities including Fraud Detection, Investigation, KYC and Collections.
  • Lead an on-site team of hundreds of people in Brazil


We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • 10+ years of experience managing operations teams, and at least 3-5 years of working experience related to KYC and Collections
  • Understand the market's fraud types and solutions
  • Experience managing at least 100 people
  • Advanced English level
