As a Procurement Intern you will be able to direclty impact the successful development of the solutions and services which support our daily operations and growth strategy. You will research, evaluate, negotiate and buy products and services ensuring the best conditions are obtained. You will support several projects and lines of spend within several spend categories from MKT, CX, etc.

 

Support the purchase of commodities and services to meet specialized or complex needs;

Support making purchase decisions in accordance with company procedures and regulations; Investigate and cultivate new sources for supplies and products;

Research and prepare bid specifications;

Support issuing bid requests to several potential vendors and suppliers;

Review quotes and secure the most competitive bids;

Make analysis to identify and select vendors and suppliers using criteria such as quantity and quality of commodities, price and delivery date;

Explain and clarify purchasing procedures to internal departments as well as vendors;

Solve problems with orders in an efficient and timely manner

 

Have graduation date in June 2025 or later;

Command of good communication in both English and Spanish;

Have analytical skills, which will help you work with multiple projects and stakeholders; Simultaneously to determine the best deals and be able to evaluate the pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors;

Willing to develop decision-making skills, which will help you summarize the information you have gathered to help DiDi make the best choices;

Interested in negotiating skills development, which will help you work with suppliers to create the best deals.
