You'll join an energetic and diverse HRBP team based across Brazil and Mexico. In this team we support multiple global functions spanning across 12+ countries. Work is dynamics and challenging with loads of opporunities to unleash your creativity and HRBP excellence.

We partner with business stakeholders of all levels and as a team deliver a variety of work and thought partnership on Org, Talent, Culture/Engagement. Each function is unique in its own way and the scope portfolio allows us to find synergy in HR practices and meanwhile learn from differences.

  • Be a strategic advisor to leadership. We spend a significant amount of time as a thought partners to the leaders to analyze and make complex decisions in Org, Talent, Culture & Engagement.
  • Develop and execute People Cycle agenda, ensuring alignment to the global and regional business strategies and priorities
  • Define and track People OKRs with business leaders which they are accountable for achieveing. Create & implement initiatives that serve as enablers for them to achieve People Objectives.
  • With our Talent Strategy, design and implement creative projects to address opportunities identified in our talent pipeline.
  • Consult and partner with HR stakeholders on a broad range of people-related topics, including employee relations, leadership development, recruitment, compensation, organizational design, diversity and employee advocacy
  • Engage and support the business with succession planning and workforce planning, including the development of leadership talent across the business
  • Change Management - Facilitate change and seize opportunities to introduce improvements to current practices and procedures
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders and HR colleagues to enhance communication flow within the broader regional/global HR team

  • 6+ years of HR experience. A mixture of HRBP and COE background is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation/influence to managers and employees on (some or all of) issues regarding staffing, compensation, employee relations, policies and performance management .
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, work and provide practical solutions senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, able to manage multiple projects and connect these initiatives to higher strategy and context
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships with stakeholders as well as HR colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills
  • A strong, culturally savvy collaborator with eagerness to learn and grow in a rapid environment
  • Advanced English level
