In this role, you'll be...

  • Lead Brand Strategy and launch definition for a new DiDi Préstamos product based on analytical and strategic thinking, including creation of goals, approach, strategic brand definition, plan and product meaningful proposals.
  • Bring big ideas to the table, and best in class ideas and plans, obtaining buy-in and effectively and efficiently implementing ideas at scale through strategic brand programs and initiatives. Define brand territories to expand audiences and position strategically the products/services.
  • Responsible for shaping, influencing, and structuring the brand identity and positioning; driving and lead brand management, architecture, content, and communications; and anticipating and solving for branding needs at all levels for DiDi Préstamos Product.
  • Develop and define the Brand Vision and Architecture based on market, user research and user´s relevant and strategic insights.
  • Use internal and external data to find relevant insights that transform into effective Brand insights, campaigns and content.
  • Drive research, recommendations and discussions to evolve our product brand developing opportunities in product, channels and positioning in the market.
  • Translate high-level strategy and positioning into concrete deliverables (campaign blueprints, messaging frameworks, value propositions, etc.)
  • Develop brand position, content and communications as needed - capture hearts and minds of audiences through a mix of data-driven insight and compelling storytelling.
  • Develop campaign branding activities; provide input into key messaging and creative briefs.
  • Lead implementation and brand management efforts around brand actions..
  • Develop enablement materials (Toolkits, trainings, guidelines) to scale new developments/learnings and help drive brand consistency.
  • Remain fully informed on market trends and marketing brand campaigns.
