About The Team/role
In this position, you'll play a pivotal role on mapping Driver Operations effective initiatives and executing deep dive analysis to feedback the business strategy.

About The Team/role
In this position, you'll play a pivotal role on mapping Driver Operations effective initiatives and executing deep dive analysis to feedback the business strategy.
In this role, you'll be...
- Manage and streamline workflows to enhance OKR tracking
- Manage and streamline workflows to enhance Budget tracking
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational goals with company objectives.
- Drive operational efficiency through data analysis and strategic insights.
- Implement hands-on solutions for process optimization and improvement.
- Proactively identify and address challenges in on the Driver side of the marketplace
- Experience with data manipulation (e.g. Advanced Excel and SQL. Python would be a plus)
- Experience on data visualization tools to create insightful and visually compelling representations of complex data.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage stakeholders, be corporative and embrace diversity
- Intermediary english (advanced is a plus)
- 3+ years of exeprience
- Strong foundation in logical disciplines, including but not limited to Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering
- Experience on tech industry would be a plus
