This is a finance share service center AP role based in Mexico city, and we support the Latam region Spanish speaking area business, which will include Mexico, Peru, Chile,Columbia, etc. Main responsibility include: • Review employee reimbursement in Concur system according to company policy • Review vendor payment and make 3 way match • Make payment batch run in oracle system • Month-end closing journals entries booking • SSC ap process improvement

there will be multinational collabation between Mexcico city and China headquarter operation team

Requirement: • Bachler degree in Accounting, Finance related major • 1-3 years AP related experience in MNC • Good English skill in written and speaking • Familiar with SAP/Oracle system • Good at office software such as excel, word, etc Accountable and responsible, good communication and team spirit, can work under pressure
