We are merchant integration team of DiDi Grocery. We are seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented integration specialist to join our young team.

• In charge of the technical integration process for newly onboarded merchants on DiDi Grocery
• Engage with merchants by coordinating integration meetings, presenting technical documents, addressing merchant inquiries and responding to questions
• Deeply involved in the test and pilot with new retailers
• Collaborate with DiDi internal teams, such as commercial, operations, product, and development, to effectively resolve any challenges arising during the integration process

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, computer or related field
2. Proactive, responsible, able to independently follow up on projects with good documentation
3. Proficient English
4. Related experiences (integration specialist, tech support, etc)
5. Knowledge of merchant onboarding and e-commerce/o2o platforms
6. Quick and smart learning
