As a Business Development Manager, you will be helping us build the foundations of the new Ecommerce business. Will be responsible for building strong relationships with our Key partners (Large Retailers) and will help them strive to success within DiDi.

We are looking for a senior sales person, with the proactiveness to build a new business from 0 to 100. The successful candidate will be somebody that can build strong customer relationships. With a strong KPI oriented culture .

You will be working within their commercial team, the position scope is to mantain healthy customer relationships and responsable for the main KPI´s of the key accounts.

  • Manage the large retailer brands withing DiDi App.
  • Responsible for the retailer´s catalog quality and selection.
  • Achieve growth throughout operational excellence and commercial strategy.
  • To keep and improve both operational and commercial KPIs.
  • Hire and develop a high performing team.
  • Creating long term commercial strategies with our KA partners.

  • 4 - 6 years of commercial experience or similar.
  • English and Spanish proficiency
  • Experience building commercial plans.
  • Experienced managing large or enterprise customers
  • Experience working in start-up environment or tech companies (Desired)
  • Experience in retail or CPG companies, e-commerce oriented
