About The Team/role

As an employee in this sector, you will have to guide and help improve the team's performance. Participate and contribute to tasks and projects related to the area's OKRs. This person must have in-depth and detailed knowledge of identification validation (INE), knowing the security points they have. The ideal candidate will be a competent person, who knows how to guide and train employees. He will have in-depth knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results. We are looking for an experienced, observant, perfectionist person who likes to check that everything is always in its best shape.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Lead and support the team and the company in the mitigation of ideological falsehood fraud;
  • Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of anti-fraud strategies in the whole process of the cash loan business;
  • Ensure continuous improvement and efficiency of processes and people;
  • Monitoring indicators and generating intelligence from them;
  • Manage the team to better meet the demands and priorities of the área;
  • Focus on efficiency, cost and process optimization and automation of possible flows;
  • Report and recommend actions to mitigate identified fraud attempts, gaps in processes and fraud rules
  • Have a critical eye to identify suspicious behavior in monetary and non-monetary transactions (registration changes, digital behaviour, etc);

  • Medium Knowledge in Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge in Fraud Prevention analyzes or related areas;
  • Avanced Knowledge in documenstoscopy
  • Have organization to deal with the processes of the area;
  • Have a good logical reasoning;
  • Analytical and investigative look;
  • Know how to work in a team and be resilient;
  • Having worked in the financial market (Banks, Fintechs, etc.)
  • Risk management knowledge and bank credit management knowledge;
  • Plus: Knowledge in SQL or programming logic
  • Plus: Have acted or have experience as a direct or indirect leader and people development
  • Plus: English language
