About The Team/role

We are looking for a motivated, high-spirited person, with structured thinking, good communication, good interpersonal relationships and, of course, a person that is super analytical.

To be successful in the position, you must have knowledge about data environments, problem solving, be able to understand and deconstruct problems, bringing solutions and suggesting paths to improve user acquisition.

This position will be responsible for analyzing metrics and variables related to user acquisition on the platform and design strategies to improve user growth.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Analyzing data on problem-solving perspective, bringing actionable insights;
  • Supporting the team with the development and maintenance of OKRs and KPIs;
  • Drive operational efficiency through data analysis and strategic insights.
  • Always seek and suggest proactively new opportunities and question the status quo;
  • Suggesting solutions to the team in order to improve the users' growth in the platform;

  • Experience in Problem Solving
  • Soft Skills: motivation, energy, communication, interpersonal relationships, stakeholders management, focus, living diversity.
  • Hard Skills: programming, SQL, Python, data-driven analytical skills, problem-solving, storytelling.
  • Advanced English (must have) - lots of interface with international teams.
