About The Team/role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Growth Data Analyst with critical thinking and acquiring user knowledge. In this role, you will work closely with ride-hailing teams worldwide to develop driver growth in Brazil. If you have a start-up spirit and are always looking to create value, you would be great for this team!

In this role, you'll be...

  • Responsible for creating and analyzing acquisition campaigns to bring new users to the 99 platform.
  • Analyzing data and finding opportunities to optimize the funnel conversion.
  • Testing different strategies to improve engagement and retention.
  • Monitoring efficiency and costs and generating proposals to improve operational efficiency.
  • Creating dashboards and monitoring KPIs.


We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • More than 3 years of experience in Business Analytics.
  • Bachelor with an emphasis on related areas (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: motivation, energy, communication, interpersonal relationships, focus, living diversity.
  • Hard Skills: SQL, Python, data-driven analytical skills, problem-solving, storytelling.
  • Experience in the 'Tech' world will be an advantage.
  • Advanced English (must have) - lots of interface with international teams.
