About The Team/role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Growth Data Analyst with critical thinking and acquiring user knowledge. In this role, you will work closely with ride-hailing teams worldwide to develop driver growth in Brazil. About The Team/role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Growth Data Analyst with critical thinking and acquiring user knowledge. In this role, you will work closely with ride-hailing teams worldwide to develop driver growth in Brazil. In this role, you'll be...
- Responsible for creating and analyzing acquisition campaigns to bring new users to the 99 platform.
- Analyzing data and finding opportunities to optimize the funnel conversion.
- Testing different strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Monitoring efficiency and costs and generating proposals to improve operational efficiency.
- Creating dashboards and monitoring KPIs.
- More than 3 years of experience in Business Analytics.
- Bachelor with an emphasis on related areas (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.).
- Soft Skills: motivation, energy, communication, interpersonal relationships, focus, living diversity.
- Hard Skills: SQL, Python, data-driven analytical skills, problem-solving, storytelling.
- Experience in the 'Tech' world will be an advantage.
- Advanced English (must have) - lots of interface with international teams.
