About The Team/role
Nosso time de Solutions & Partnership Management (S&PM) faz parte do Driver Lab, a área de inovação da 99, focada em nossos motoristas parceiros. O objetivo do nosso time é criar parcerias e a partir delas, desenvolver e implementar novos produtos, soluções e benefícios para nossos motoristas.
Nesta posição a atuação será focada principalmente no desenvolvimento de análises para novas parcerias e atividades operacionais das parcerias vigentes.
O perfil ideal para esta posição deve ter um pensamento crítico acurado, ser bastante orientado por dados, proativo e ter experiência com relacionamento com times internos de outras áreas e parceiros externos.
Junto com a 99, nosso time também tem o objetivo de aumentar a representatividade de pessoas negras e LGBTQIAPN+ na tecnologia, por isso, esta é uma vaga afirmativa voltada prioritariamente para esses grupos.

In this role, you'll be...
- Desenvolvimento de análises de dados (operacionais, financeiros, comerciais, mercadológicos, entre outros);
- Elaboração de relatórios e apresentações executivas;
- Monitorar os principais Indicadores-Chave de Desempenho (KPIs) para cada iniciativa, propondo alterações quando necessário;
- Compreender a jornada do motorista sob uma perspectiva comportamental, visando aprimorar os processos das iniciativas;
- Interface com usuários, parceiros e times internos de suporte.
- Formação em: Engenharia, Economia, Administração ou similares. [flexível]
- Experiência prévia (1+ anos) em áreas envolvendo análise de dados, gestão de clientes, apresentações executivas, planejamento estratégico ou consultorias. [flexível]
- Sólidas habilidades em resolução de problemas, pensamento crítico e comunicação. [mandatório]
- Proatividade, vontade de aprender e trabalho em equipe. [mandatório]
- Inglês Básico / Intermediário. [flexível]
- Excel Intermediário / Avançado. [mandatório]
- Looker studio, Power BI e ThinkCell [diferencial]
- SQL, Python ou outras linguagens de programação. [diferencial]
