Data Insight Generation: Dive into paid marketing data to extract actionable insights, driving strategic decisions and optimizing campaign performance.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of paid marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Paid Marketing team, providing data-driven support for campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, ensuring accurate and real-time tracking of key metrics.
Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
Experimentation and Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to refine marketing strategies and enhance overall performance.
Years of Experience: 1 year or recent graduates
Bachelor's Degree: on Applied Mathematics, statsitics, data science, computer science or similar

Hard Skills:

- Marketing Analytics: understanding of marketing concepts and metrics, with the ability to derive actionable insights. (this is a Plus)
- Microsoft Excel: experience using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Statistical Analysis: Basic understanding of statistical methods for analyzing data trends.
- Bachelor's Degree: Educational background in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or Marketing.
