About The Team/role

Extensive experience in audiovisual production.Being and practicing creativity with purpose.Work as a team and adapt to changes.

Support the audiovisual team and partner producers in creating and reviewing scripts, projects, and other materials;

Supervise all aspects of video production at all stages, including Creation, pre-production, approval, and production flow, supplier selection, budget negotiation, monitoring of all recording stages, internal approval, and delivery of final material.

In this role, you'll be...

CREATIVE PRODUCER SENIOR ANALYST :

  • Understand the needs of 99 areas and support the Creation of creative content that helps them evolve;
  • Propose and monitor schedules and ensure that all stages of production occur successfully, guaranteeing results that take our brand to the next level;
  • Participate in face-to-face and online meetings (local and international calls) to align all stages of production and approvals;
  • Be the point of contact between the audiovisual team, partner producers, agencies, and internal clients;
  • Monitoring recordings on set, when necessary, online and in person;
  • Multimedia integration: integrate video content with other assets, such as websites, social media, TV, static and animated OOH, gifs, banners, in apps, push, mkt email, etc.;
  • Ensure the quality of all videos produced meeting high-quality standards, including visual aesthetics, sound, and messages;
  • Manage and allocate resources efficiently to optimize video production within budgetary goals;
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging video production technologies to improve delivery quality continually.


CREATIVE IDEATION:

  • Search clever references offline and online.
  • Collaborate with the team to discuss innovative ideas in general and also videos that improve brand visibility and engagement;
  • The constant search for ideal and diverse partners.
  • Participation in brainstorming, scripts, and creative executions.


BUDGET MANAGEMENT:

  • Budget, plan, and manage production costs;
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship with external and internal partners.
  • Organize the internal flow of invoices and contracts with the legal and financial team.

  • Experience with audiovisual production
  • Experience in film sets;
  • Have excellent communication and enjoy telling stories;
  • Be organized, proactive and know how to solve problems quickly;
  • Experience with audiovisual content for digital and TV;
  • Have availability for a dynamic day-to-day, working both remotely and in person on recordings.
  • Worked in advertising, digital agencies, TV and/ or film production companies;
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices of native content. Ex: Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube;
  • Experience in producing 360º campaigns: ON, OFF, LIVE.
  • Ensure the consistency of the central idea presented in the multiple channels;
  • Empathy in the work process;
  • Critical and constructive outlook, prioritizing diversity at all stages and choices.
  • Collaboration at work;
  • Resilience to changes in the work process;
  • Negotiation skills, whether regarding deadlines or budgets.
  • English - Weekly interactions with the creative/ production global teams.
