Team Overview

We are looking for someone who is passionate to make a difference in the user’s life by providing the best experience.

As part of the driver ecosystem team, this position will act by mapping the driver's journey and providing insights on how to improve it through product development or improvement, bug fixing, communication, etc.

This position will also be responsible for performing benchmarks from competitors to ensure that 99 is offering the best experience and if there are opportunities to make it better.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the driver strategy, and the main activities will be:

  • Perform benchmarks from the competitors to support on loyalty, VFE, and Journey Experience.
  • Support on driver journey mapping, including loyalty-related topics.
  • Mapping competitor's new features and benefits launch.
  • Perform analysis to identify the initiatives with the most significant impacts to support on prioritization.
  • Support on project management activities.

Role Qualifications

  • Organization.

  • Experience with benchmarking (preferred).
  • Advanced English.
  • Graduation date at least early 2025 in business administration, marketing, or engineering (preferred).
