About The Team/role
As an HR Analytics Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-changing environment and learn about several HR subsystems.
The HR Analytics Intern will support the People Analytics Manager and HRBP team dedicated to the Global Customer Experience (CX), Global Safety & Security and Global External Affairs teams at DiDi. In this role you will assist all HRBP team members in People Data Management & Analytics, as well as Communication & Engagement Initiatives. You will support teams’ initiatives regarding Employee Retention, Engagement and other People related initiatives. You’ll also collaborate with other HR pillars in order to act in the implementation of projects related to learning and development, employee experience and engagement, culture and communication.

In this role your responsibilities will be related but not exclusive to the following topics:
- People Data Management & Analytics
- Support People Analytics Manager to extract and combine people data to build people reports and generate insights;
- Periodic/project based deepdive analysis on organization, people, and culture/engagement;
- Organize and manage data & budget governance tools;
- People data cleansing as needed;
- Support and Create Analytics Reports;
- Support on building and maintaining analytics tools (Dashboards, Spreadsheets, Tables, etc).
- Communication & Engagement initiatives
- Support HRBP team on training and presentation materials;
- Support HRBP team on internal employee communication crafting and operations, in partnership with CX function teams;
- Assist in other HRBP initiatives implementation as needed.
The Successful applicant:
- Attending graduation
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical Thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills – with intermediate English proficiency
- Problem solving and creative thinking
- Genuine care for people
- Proactive, hands-on, with high learning agility
- Spanish knowledge
- HR or Data Analytics experience
- Knowledge in program languages, for example, Python, SQL.
