About The Team/role

You will work in DriverLab’s team, focused on innovation projects for our drivers.

Being part of the DriverLab team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever.

You, as a sales manager, will be responsible for executing the business strategy.

Here at 99abastece, sales is the heart of the business, having a fundamental importance for our

results.

Our project is growing at a very large pace, and we need good people who will be able to help us

structure the team and bring more performance to the commercial.

You will report to the Head of the project, and working with a team focused on expanding and

evolving business in key cities while implementing new lines of business.

  • Manage our Acquisition and Engagement strategy with our Partners
  • Ensure successful business expansion
  • Define Sales Strategic Planning
  • Sales Training and Development
  • Managing Sales Targets, to garantee achivements
  • Data Analitics to better define action plans
  • in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors
  • Communication and Management Skills
  • Establish and strengthen solid relationships across various areas
  • Support New Line of Business
  • Processes and Continuous Improvement

  • 1. 5 years of Experience in a leadership position on Sales (B2B)
  • Emotional intelligence, Resilience, Communication, teamwork, Critical Thinking, decision Making, Result Driven and Organization
  • Ingles Fluente, Excel & Power Point, leadership
  • Engineering/Economy/Business Administrations - Flexibility
  • Marketplaces in which it is necessary to form a partnership with an external client and offer it to the user
  • Portuguese and English Fluent
