This data-driven role calls for a combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to oversee relationships with a very valuable part of our business. You will work with data to monitor marketplace metrics and ensure efficiency through asset utilization, product improvement.

About The Team/role
This data-driven role calls for a combination of analytical thinking and interpersonal ability to oversee relationships with a very valuable part of our business. You will work with data to monitor marketplace metrics and ensure efficiency through asset utilization, product improvement.
In this role, you'll be...
- Diagnosis of the marketplace performance to optimize investments plan
- Develop engagement strategies and campaigns to increase user frequency/retention on the platform.
- Utilize data to understand user behavior and areas for improvement in our business, by using SQL and other tools to convert raw databases into actionable insights.
- Making recommendations and proposing new visualization / dashboards tools to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps with progressive timelines for completion;
- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength;
- Academic background in exact sciences, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems in a structured and effective manner.
- Hands-on mentality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
- Experience in operations roles, preferably in complex and dynamic scenarios
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and pursuit of operational excellence.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
- Advanced excel and powerpoint skills are essential;
- Proficiency in English is desirable
- Experience using programming languages such SQL, R, Python, etc. is desirable
