About The Team/role

Our team is dedicated to identifying fraud, preventing and reducing possible financial damage. We work against crime, for a better business portfolio, better customer experience and greater security for both the company and the user.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Analyze customer profiles and transactional data to identify suspicious activities and potential fraud risks to improve the policy
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Compliance, and Operations to enhance fraud detection methodologies and optimize onboarding efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging fraud threats to continuously improve fraud prevention strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in the construction work of the metrics, reports, dashboards for the team

  • In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and fraud prevention methodologies for Loans in Brasil
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and detect patterns indicative of fraudulent behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Ability to sort out complex business requirements, strong product thinking ability and problem analysis ability, good communication skills, organizational skills and teamwork spirit;
  • English Fluent Required
