In this role, you'll be...
- Own products for service governance from the beginning to the end. Identify issues, plan solutions, manage the development between different stakeholders, roll-out and share the new feature with cities, marketing and customer support
- Make operation grow and be more efficient by analyzing constantly business data
- Gather and synthesize feedback from users from Surveys, Focus Groups, Usability Tests, and internal reports and identify product improvement opportunities
- Create a bridge between the Chinese Product team and the local Operations team to support and suggest decisions about product, features and growth tools
- Develop trustful relationships with all company stakeholders, including Chinese product teams, Brazilian Operations, Growth & Marketing, Customer Support, Safety, Anti Fraud, Legal, Finance, etc.
- Data driven and organized. Be able to map measure potential upsides and downsides of features
- Full ownership mindset so you can be responsible and accountable for all initiatives led by you
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to interact with internal and external audiences
- Be comfortable with quantitative analysis
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Constant interactions with English speaking teammates in Brazil and China)
- Have SQL, A/B Testing, and design-thinking process knowledge will be the differential for your success
