About The Team/role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good analytical and communication skills, thriving in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. This role requires a hands-on, organized individual who excels in collaborating and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.   • Communicate effectively and navigate seamlessly among different stakeholders and team members, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork.
  • Monitore results with a strategic mindset, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Possess a creative mindset, always looking for “out of the box” solutions and innovative approaches to challenges.
  • Excel at planning, executing and presenting ideas and/or results with clarity, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business drivers and customer experience (PAX), leveraging this insight to drive impactful changes.
  • Embrace a culture of experimentation and testing new ideas, learning from failures and pivoting quickly to achieve desired results.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills to learn fast, identify areas for improvement, and challenge the status quo to drive progress.


We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • Advanced/Fluent English: Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field; a master's/MBA degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of work experience, particularly as project analysts, operations or business development roles.
  • Analytical Expertise: Excel skills (knowledge of Looker and SQL is a plus)
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven experience in managing and solving problems in complex environments, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to inspire and lead others.
  • Self-Motivation & Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with strong time management skills.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working with agile methodology is a plus, embracing flexibility and iterative improvement.
