In this role, you'll be...
- Supporting the strategic planning cycle for all the different business units and global support functions withing the Customer Experience area at Didi (International Business Group);
- Collaborating to the competitive intelligence practice withing CX by leveraging internal and extenral information creating actionable insights efficiency and experience;
- Serving as a point of contact of new services development for the Customer Experience area;
- Supporting projects: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Managind Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project outcomes and strategy recommendations.
- Helping to create presentations for stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating project updates and outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data and synthesize insights to inform project strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of findings.
- Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management principles; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis, including experience with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions to support team objectives.
- Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in preparing documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, management, finance, or related fields.
- Excellence in Data Analysis: Demonstrated capability to conduct advanced data analysis, including statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
- Previous internship or relevant experience in project management or strategic roles is an advantage.
