In this role, you'll be...
- Supporting the expansion of our two-wheel operations (99Moto) to new regions
- Developing and presenting tactical plans and project updates in strategic meetings
- Coordinating cross-functional efforts with different departments, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork
- Creating reports and dashboards to enable effective management of our marketplace operations
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to make data-driven decisions and recommendations to improve marketplace performance
- Proactive and resourceful in proposing and chasing opportunities to enhance user experience and business results
- +2 years of work experience using data to support business decisions in operations, consulting, project management or related areas
- The ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems
- A generalist do-what-it-takes mindset to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment
- Self-motivation and capacity to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or related fields
- Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of SQL and dashboard creation is a plus)
- Intermediate English
