About The Team/role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good analytical and communication skills, thriving in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. This role requires a hands-on, organized individual who excels in collaborating with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo, learn quickly, and embrace the opportunity to innovate and experiment.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Supporting the expansion of our two-wheel operations (99Moto) to new regions
  • Developing and presenting tactical plans and project updates in strategic meetings
  • Coordinating cross-functional efforts with different departments, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork
  • Creating reports and dashboards to enable effective management of our marketplace operations
  • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to make data-driven decisions and recommendations to improve marketplace performance
  • Proactive and resourceful in proposing and chasing opportunities to enhance user experience and business results


We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • +2 years of work experience using data to support business decisions in operations, consulting, project management or related areas
  • The ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems
  • A generalist do-what-it-takes mindset to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment
  • Self-motivation and capacity to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or related fields
  • Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of SQL and dashboard creation is a plus)
  • Intermediate English
