About The Team/role

The Product Operations team's mission is to facilitate the easy communication and sharing of resources and data between departments. It's an essential role to help cross-functional teams work effectively and efficiently.

The position will act as a focal point in projects related to new features for the app, working directly with the product and business teams so that we can create the features that best help us in optimizing business metrics. The product teams are not located in Brazil, so international contact will be daily.

As we are an area that centralizes information, communications and results, having project management and organization skills would be a great plus.

Within scope are projects related to metrics optimization algorithms, so a person with strong analytical background, attention to detail, and ability to relate different variables in a single action is what we are looking for.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Acting as a focal point for projects of new features related to algorithms to optimize business efficiency;
  • Analyze engagement campaigns for drivers and passengers in the app with the operations team;
  • Aligning all points related to new releases with other areas (Marketing, Legal, Operations, Product, Research, Safety, others);
  • Analyzing the impacts of the tests on the Marketplace metrics and assisting the teams in decision making;
  • Organizing all project information and transparently communicating developments and results to other teams in the company;
  • Helping the teams to check the problems (bugs) in the features under the scope of the team;
  • Create SQL queries to help analyze the impact of features on business metrics.

  • Studying a course related to these: Business Administration, Economics, Computing, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics with expected graduation between Dec/2025 and Dec/2026;
  • Soft Skills: Communication, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Adaptability, Organization and Attention to Detail;
  • Hard Skills: SQL (preferred) and MS Office (preferred)
  • Spoken Languages: Advanced English (required)
