About The Team/role
O time de CX Community Ops é parte essencial da estrutura de Experiência do Cliente, gerenciando comunidades e projetos estratégicos que promovem o engajamento e crescimento da base de motoristas parceiros. Para essa posição, buscamos um(a) Operations Specialist, que terá um papel central na estrutura dedicada à expansão e operação de aquisição offline para motociclistas.
Essa pessoa será responsável por liderar todas as frentes relacionadas à operação, desde a gestão de parceiros terceirizados (BPOs) até o planejamento e execução de iniciativas estratégicas em novas cidades.

About The Team/role
O time de CX Community Ops é parte essencial da estrutura de Experiência do Cliente, gerenciando comunidades e projetos estratégicos que promovem o engajamento e crescimento da base de motoristas parceiros. Para essa posição, buscamos um(a) Operations Specialist, que terá um papel central na estrutura dedicada à expansão e operação de aquisição offline para motociclistas.
Essa pessoa será responsável por liderar todas as frentes relacionadas à operação, desde a gestão de parceiros terceirizados (BPOs) até o planejamento e execução de iniciativas estratégicas em novas cidades.
In this role, you'll be...
- Gestão de BPOs: Selecionar, treinar, engajar e gerenciar parceiros terceirizados que executam a aquisição offline nas ruas.
- Gestão de dados e KPIs: Monitorar e controlar os resultados operacionais, garantindo o acompanhamento de indicadores e a produção de reportes estratégicos.
- Gestão de stakeholders: Manter alinhamento constante com stakeholders internos (Ops Moto) e externos (terceiros), gerindo expectativas e promovendo colaboração entre áreas.
- Planejamento e crescimento: Desenvolver planos de negócios, executar testes e liderar o lançamento de novas cidades, garantindo a escalabilidade do projeto.
- Gestão de custos e pagamentos: Supervisionar os processos de custos operacionais, aprovação de notas fiscais e pagamentos de vendors, assegurando eficiência e conformidade.
- Treinamento e engajamento: Conduzir treinamentos e iniciativas de engajamento para parceiros e equipes, garantindo a entrega de resultados consistentes.
- Graduação completa em Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas afins.
- Experiência consolidada em gestão de operações, projetos e parceiros terceirizados.
- Capacidade analítica avançada e experiência com ferramentas de dados como Excel (avançado) e Google Sheets.
- Inglês em nível intermediário.
- Habilidades de pensamento estruturado e tomada de decisão: Capacidade de enfrentar desafios complexos e simplificá-los, propondo soluções práticas e eficientes.
- Data-driven mindset: Habilidade para identificar, obter e analisar os dados necessários, transformando-os em soluções reais e planos de ação organizados em curto, médio e longo prazo.
- Fortes habilidades de comunicação: Capacidade de trabalhar e influenciar pessoas de diferentes perfis e culturas, promovendo alinhamento e colaboração.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e um modo de pensar sistemático, garantindo soluções claras e efetivas.
- Experiência com planejamento de expansão e operações escaláveis é um diferencial.
- Experiência com modelo de comunidades é um diferencial.
- Modelo de trabalho híbrido, 3x por semana na Av Paulista e 2x home office.
